The Communications Officer will play a vital role in supporting the development, coordination, and delivery of the College's internal and external communications activities. The successful candidate will contribute to strengthening the College's institutional profile, by promoting key priorities and initiatives, and enhancing engagement with employees, students, alumni, media, community partners, and other stakeholders. Duties include developing internal and external communications initiatives, managing SharePoint intranet and website content, preparing press releases and media statements, collaborating on marketing campaigns, and developing multimedia content.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field with three (3) to five (5) years of relevant professional experience. Strong knowledge of communications, marketing, branding, media relations and stakeholder engagement. Experience in digital communications, social media, website management, and crisis communications. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and content-management tools.
