Bermuda Cleaning Ltd. is seeking reliable and experienced Cleaning Coordinators, Full-Time Cleaners, and Kitchen Porter / Heavy-Duty Cleaners. Cleaning Coordinators will oversee and support cleaning teams, manage schedules, train staff, inspect job sites, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. Applicants should have at least five (5) years of experience in the cleaning industry, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong leadership and organizational skills. A light or intermediate truck license is preferred, and availability for all shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays is required. Full Time Cleaners will be responsible for performing general cleaning and sanitizing duties in compliance with infection prevention procedures. Tasks include washing walls, windows, and floors, shampooing rugs, removing trash, and maintaining cleaning equipment. Applicants must be able to operate machinery such as auto-scrubbers and power washers and handle cleaning chemicals safely. They should have at least three years of experience in cleaning or janitorial work and a solid understanding of cleaning products, equipment, and surfaces. Kitchen Porter / Heavy-Duty Cleaners will work primarily in commercial kitchen environments to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained. Responsibilities include washing pots, dishes, utensils, ovens, walls, floors, and other kitchen equipment. These individuals must be able to work efficiently under pressure, both independently and as part of a team, and may also assist in cleaning other commercial facilities. Applicants must have at least three years of experience in heavy-duty or kitchen cleaning and possess knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety requirements. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and material safety is essential.
