Perform maintenance and mechanical duties for residential and commercial buildings and related facilities, furnishings and equipment. The required duties may include, but not limited to, plumbing installation and repair services, and related work. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: • Must hold a valid Plumbing certification from a recognized institution. • 5 years continuous experience in a similar role required. • Must possess a certification or have strong working knowledge in LP gas works. • Experience with threading pipe and associated systems is required. • Must be able to bend, lift, carry, stoop, crawl, sit, stand, drive, reach above, walk, push, pull, fine manipulation and use hands frequently. • Must display strong communication skills and technical competence. • Must be a problem solver with a pro-active, solutions orientated approach when working with clients. • Excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic. • Must hold a valid driver's license, or the ability to obtain one. • Must be flexible to work long hours, weekends and holidays when required.
