BeesMont Law Limited, a boutique law firm in Bermuda, is seeking applicants for two senior roles: Senior Corporate Counsel and Senior Litigation Counsel - Consultancy. The Corporate role involves advising on banking, secured lending, M&A, and cross-border transactions. The Litigation role focuses on contentious insolvency, corporate recovery, and dispute resolution. Both positions require extensive experience in leading teams and managing complex legal matters within a private practice environment.
Requirements
Senior Corporate Counsel: Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in a corporate/commercial team; experience in banking, M&A, and cross-border transactions. Senior Litigation Counsel: Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in litigation, insolvency, and dispute resolution; experience in contentious insolvency and corporate recovery.
