Requirements
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and sell preventative maintenance programmes to customers.Applicant should have thorough knowledge of the following systems:Centrifugal Chillers,Helical Rotor Chillers,Scroll and Reciprocating Chillers,Turbocor Compressors,Frequency Drives,Energy Management Systems:Trane,Johnson Controls.Strong electrical knowledge.Troubleshoot both low and high voltage systems.Troubleshoot HVAC systems.Train, develop and lead staff.Key Qualifications/Abilities:Applicants must have 8-10 years’ experience working on large, chilled water systems.Passed and hold higher qualifications (EG NVQ3).Minimum of 5 years’ post apprenticeship experience in HVAC.Possess or be able to obtain a valid Bermuda Intermediate Driver’s License.Ability to work both as a team and independently as required.Highly motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.Vendor specific training preferred.Applicant must be flexible to the demands of the business, working during evenings and weekends, as required.Salary
