Requirements
Min. 5 years of successful field experience. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, elevator safety and fire codes. In-depth knowledge of many types of lift equipment (legacy and latest technology) from leading brands. Ability to meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision. Possess various safety certificates (eg. NCCER, Osha, Heights, First Aid) or the ability to obtain same. Available after normal hours as schedules warrant. Ability to read and interpret building plans, install drawings, and wiring schematics. Ability to use Microsoft Windows operating system and other work software, including diagnostic tools. Organized, good timekeeping, and a team player are all viewed favorably. Good oral and written communication skills. Drivers license required and the ability to lift a min. 50 Lbs of various items at once.Salary
