The successful applicant will report to the CEO and will have advanced certification in the installation of Residential and Commercial Solar Systems with at least 5 years’ experience working in all aspects of solar installations, including the ability to take an installation project from the planning phase, through build out/implementation (including masonry work, and roof preparation and waterproofing) and finally testing and commissioning. Applicants must also have 5 years’ experience in the installation of battery and energy management systems, including the correct handling of lithium ion batteries and programming energy management hardware to meet customer requirements. The job entails a significant amount of physical activity, including traversing and/or working on ladders and rooves, and therefore the successful applicant must be able and willing to work on structures of varying (often very high) heights, prioritizing safety through diligence and the use of company provided safety equipment. Reliability, attentiveness to the jobs assigned and excellent time keeping skills are essential.
