Coral Beach & Tennis Club is hiring a

Front Desk Agent (Seasonal)

Deadline: 1 week

Job Type: Seasonal

Starting March 1, 2025 and ending on October 31, 2025. Responsible for checking guests in and out, answering switchboard for the Club, making member and guest reservations for dining, activities and providing concierge service. Must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, work well under pressure, be professional and courteous to all members and guests. Previous job-related relevant experience is an asset. Must be computer savvy and able to multi-task, be detail-orientated and thrive on delivering positive experiences for guests and members.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Ability to operate the electronic property management system; Knowledge of procedures for making reservations, checking members and guests into and out of guest rooms, and for accepting and accounting for room and related payments; Knowledge of and ability to perform required role during emergency situations; Previous job-related relevant experience is an asset.
