SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

Symphony Management Ltd. is a leading, independently owned captive management company based in Bermuda. We pride ourselves on delivering expert, personalized service to a diverse portfolio of international insurance and reinsurance clients. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting a portfolio of sophisticated insurance and reinsurance companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely management accounts.
Manage investment accounting and perform (re)insurance account reconciliations.
Coordinate all aspects of annual external audits, including the preparation of audited financial statements and statutory filings.
Support the planning and execution of board meetings, including the preparation of meeting materials.
Collaborate with senior management on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
A recognized international accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA).
A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with 2 years within the (re)insurance or captive insurance industry.
Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
