Cleaning Supervisor, Caregiver/Housekeeper, Pool Cleaner/Technician

Must have at least 5 years' experience as a supervisor within the cleaning industry and be able to work with minimum supervision, organise schedules and manage a team of up to 5. Thorough knowledge of all cleaning products, chemicals and associated equipment is essential. Supervising and training junior staff, cleaning and transporting equipment, compiling time sheets and supplier and job information. Must have a clean driving license, work throughout the island, and ensure all company and health and safety policies are met. Must have at least 5 years' experience and be able to run a household, including cleaning, washing, ironing, shopping etc. with minimum supervision. Must have experience in looking after seniors and/or children. Must be willing to work occasional evenings, weekends and holidays. Attention to detail and reliability is essential, as is your own transportation in good working order. with at least 3 years of experience in pool maintenance and operation. Duties will include, but are not limited to, installing pool equipment, servicing existing systems, and maintaining and repairing pool and spa equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators; conducting pool maintenance; cleaning pools and water; and measuring and applying chemicals to maintain the correct water balance and chemistry. Must have excellent knowledge of swimming pool equipment and maintenance, be able to work with chemicals, work with clients in a friendly and professional manner, and be willing and able to alternate with being on call, including weekends and holidays
