Lead Service Technician

This position involves working island-wide and managing a variety of tasks, including: Servicing and repairing residential and commercial equipment, including vacuums, appliances, kitchen, and laundry machinery. Performing and managing all on-site installations, repairs, routine maintenance, and scheduled service tasks. Using diagnostic tools to identify equipment issues and determine appropriate solutions. Supporting operational efficiency through inventory counts, quality control, and organization of warehouse workflows. Utilizing basic computer skills for inventory data entry and warehouse management. Communicating effectively with customers to explain issues, service work, and preventive maintenance recommendations. Assisting with unloading containers, deliveries, and order preparation. Lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving heavy products; activities may require working at heights. Managing time efficiently to meet service deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction. Working collaboratively in a diverse environment, both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge in masonry, electrical, and plumbing work is advantageous for effectively managing trades personnel. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role, along with relevant certifications, is required. The ability to operate or the willingness to be trained in- forklift operation and the possession of an intermediate truck license are also required.
