Beach Attendant

The successful candidate must be willing and able to make 6am and will report to the Beach Operations Manager. The dedicated and enthusiastic Beach Attendant will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at the beach. Key Duties and Responsibilities include following all set-up and breakdown procedures, proper handling, cleaning and maintenance of company tools, equipment and machinery to company standards, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the beach area, assisting guests with equipment rentals and providing information about services, and monitoring the beach area to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

Must have own transportation to make 6am. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Basic knowledge of beach safety and first aid is preferred. Ability to work the hours between 6am-6pm when scheduled. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina to lift and move equipment as needed. Positive attitude and team-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
