We are seeking a skilled and mission-driven Communications and Media Production Manager with at least 5 years of progressive experience. This role oversees all aspects of the organization's communications and media production to support our local and global health outreach. Key responsibilities include developing communication strategies, managing media projects, creating and editing content, handling media relations, overseeing social media and digital marketing, and leading a small team. A bachelor's degree in communications or a related field is required; a master's degree is an asset. Strong leadership, excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in media production tools are essential. Experience supporting health missions in regions such as Africa, Portugal, or Latin America will be viewed favorably.
