This is an opportunity to join a growing entrepreneurial life insurance organization. The Desktop Solutions Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for the Bermuda office, managing incidents, and enhancing the end-user experience. This position involves collaboration with the Workplace Engineering and Operations Chapter Lead, architect, and product teams, to refine existing workplace solutions and receive an opportunity to develop new ones within a dynamic technical environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in technology and software implementation, with expert knowledge of PC hardware, Windows, and O365 applications; Microsoft Certifications.
