Communications and Media Production Manager

Premier Health and Wellness Center seeks a Communications and Media Production Manager with at least 5 years of progressive work experience. The Manager will oversee all aspects of the company’s communications and media production activities. Duties will include communication strategy development, media production management, content creation and editing, media relations, digital marketing and social media, and team leadership. Applicants with experience in local and international health missions will be favorably considered. Must have a bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field, and proficiency in media production tools and software is required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in communications and media production management. Proficient in media production tools and software, including video editing, graphic design, and content management platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated experience in content creation and storytelling. Excellent leadership, project management, and team-building skills. Experience managing relationships with stakeholders across sectors and cultures. Prior involvement in international health missions or outreach projects is highly desirable.
