Live-In Child Caregiver / Housekeeper

Our client, A. Grasso is seeking a dedicated, caring, and experienced Live-In Child Caregiver / Housekeeper who has a sincere love of children. Duties will include all aspects of caring for four young children plus general housekeeping, such as laundry, cleaning, grocery shopping, and family meal preparation. Additional responsibilities also include pet sitting and house sitting when the family is off island.

Requirements

The successful applicant must be reliable, must speak fluent English and have a genuine interest in the development and advancement of young children. Applicants should have a sincere love of animals, particularly cats and dogs, must be non-smoking, a competent swimmer, and hold a valid Bermuda driver’s license. Applicants should be up to date with their CPR/first aid training and possess a proven record of good integrity, excellent employment references, and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays when required and often at short notice. Applicants must also be available to travel with the family as and when required and have at least four years relevant experience in both the care and development of children and the management of a household.
