Our Client, Robertson's Drugstore, is seeking an Inventory Manager to join their established pharmacy and gift store based in the Town of St. George. Responsibilities will include: Maintaining the inventory tracking system to accurately monitor inventory levels. Preparing detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments. Investigating and resolving inconsistencies with inventory. Processing local and overseas orders. Preparing and documenting daily deliveries and shipments. Preparing reports and advising management on strategies to reduce cost and improve procedures. Working closely with sales, purchasing and other relevant departments to organise the efficient flow of inventory. Managing the loading bay, overseeing inventory flow in stockroom and on the sales floor. Training and managing the Inventory Assistant. Trouble shooting and assisting floor staff with difficulties on the POS system; Acting as a liaison with POS providers. Assisting the retail sales team on the cash register as needed. Ideal Candidate Skills & Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience in an Inventory capacity. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills, along with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to stand and be active for long periods of time. High proficiency with computer and POS systems.
