Our clients, Mr. P. Murphy and Mrs. L. Cheng, require the services of a dedicated Child Caregiver and Household Manager. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing nurturing and loving support to two young children including providing a stimulating educational environment. In addition, candidate will be expected to provide general housekeeping duties which will include laundry and ironing, and which will routinely extend to include errands, grocery shopping and meal preparation, and on occasion and as needed to drive the employer and/(or) children to and from school, doctors' appointments, etc. The housekeeping functions may include some heavy cleaning and other such duties associated with the caring of the employer's children and running of the household. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays, with little notice if needed.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be experienced, reliable, trustworthy, self-directed and flexible. This position requires someone who is a non-smoker; is a swimmer and holds a Bermuda driver's license (or willingness to obtain one). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exemplary care for young children, as well as demonstrated ability, with at least 5 years' of relevant sole charge experience and willingness to proactively conduct housekeeping duties. Must be CPR and first aid certified.
