• Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, excavators, skid steers, and forklifts
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Assist with moving, stacking, and organizing inventory within the yard
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Identify and report mechanical issues promptly
• Follow job site plans, signals, and safety protocols
• Support production and yard teams as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Additional Skills and Traits:

• Proven experience operating heavy equipment (multiple machine types preferred)
• Proven experience operating a jaw crushing machine and sifter
• Valid operator certifications or licenses (if applicable)
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and best practices
• Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
• Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions
