• Operate block-making machinery and related plant equipment
• Monitor production to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency
• Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Adjust machine settings to meet production specifications
• Assist with mixing, batching, and handling of raw materials
• Stack, move, and organize finished products safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets

Additional Skills and Traits:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, construction, or plant environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Ability to operate forklifts or willingness to be trained
• Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working in a hot/outdoor environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Previous experience operating a block cubing machine

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining concrete block making equipment.
