• Create a warm, premium, customer first environment aligned with luxury retail expectations.
• Act as the central point of contact for all store staff.
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure daily opening and closing procedures are completed correctly.
• Oversee merchandising, social media coordination, furniture staging, and catalog photo scheduling.

Additional Skills and Traits:

• Background in customer service and clienteling, with an understanding of premium or luxury retail expectations (experience with luxury products is a strong plus).
• Management experience is beneficial but not required if leadership capability is clearly demonstrated.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long term client relationships.
• Proficiency with POS systems and retail software.
• Comfortable with daily reporting, cash handling, and basic financial processes.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
