Crisson Construction is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee and deliver marine construction projects from planning through completion. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, and oversee marine construction projects including docks, seawalls, piling, inshore and offshore works • Coordinate project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and suppliers • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and local permit requirements • Liaise with engineers, clients, regulatory bodies, and on-site crews • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide regular project updates and reports • Conduct site inspections and enforce quality control standards Qualifications & Experience: • Proven experience in marine or heavy civil construction project management • Strong understanding of marine construction methods, materials, and equipment • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Familiarity with coastal and environmental regulations (Bermuda experience an asset) • Project management certification or relevant technical qualification preferred • Minimum three years experience in a similar position What We Offer: • Competitive salary commensurate with experience • Professional and collaborative work environment
