This is an on-site role working behind the bar in partnership with Bermudian bar staff to execute Sunken Harbor Club’s highly specialized cocktail program. The Specialist ensures consistent recipe execution, advanced technique modelling, guest storytelling, and the delivery of elevated spirits experiences unique to the concept. The Specialist will provide structured training, consistency checks, tasting education, and menu support to ensure quality. A core responsibility includes hands-on training and mentorship of Bermudian bartenders during live service, focusing on skill development, consistency, guest engagement, and the execution of advanced mixology techniques.

Requirements

Highly reliable; able to work days, evenings, weekends, split shifts, and holidays. Advanced spirits knowledge equivalent to sommelier-level expertise. Preferred: WSET Level 2 or 3 in Spirits, BAR 5-Day Certification, Diageo World Class training, or comparable. Minimum of five years’ experience in award-winning cocktail bars, luxury hotels, or specialist beverage programs.
