Club Concierge: Provides information to Club Owners and guests and coordinates all guest requests for special arrangements or services, courteously and efficiently. Accountable for the daily activities of the Reefs Residence Club Owners and guests. This includes planning, fulfilling requests, making reservations and providing assistance. Attends to immediate needs of Owner's and guests upon arrival and follow through attention throughout their stay.

Guest Service Agent: This position involves one of the first points of guest contact and is key to starting the guests vacation on a welcoming note. Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements. Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors. Additional duties include but are not limited to: PBX, cashiering, concierge, reservations for rooms and restaurants.
