Building Controls Technician

AIRCARE provides professional and responsive facilities management support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to both residential & commercial properties. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related Field - Basic HVAC systems and controls knowledge - Must be willing to learn Trane Tracer Summit Architecture and JCI Metasys/FX - Possess valid Bermuda Driver License - Dress within the Company guidelines to maintain a professional appearance - Must be able to travel and do heavy lifting as required - Demonstrates a spirit of cooperation and positive attitude - Strong customer service and organisation skills Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities - Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail - Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications and PC applications. - Ability to work team member and independently as required - Applicant must be flexible to the demands of the business during evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
