Outlets Manager

We're seeking the services of an Outlets Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in overseeing the daily culinary operations of the hotel, including all kitchen and food production areas. This role ensures the highest standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and consistency across all outlets are maintained. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth. Accountable for meeting budgets for food & beverage, labor, and direct operating expenses as they pertain to the restaurant outlets. Hire, coach, counsel, and conduct performance evaluations of direct reports. Ensuring that the Outlets and its outlets complies with all necessary hygiene, health and safety and licensing requirements and guidelines. Address customer queries and complaints as well as monitor customer satisfaction and successfully manage their experiences pre and post. Collaborate in planning and developing innovative and visionary experiences for the various outlets Proven track record of providing excellent customer service. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS At least five (5) + years' experience in an international Food Beverage environment at a luxury resort. With at lest two (2) years in a senior leadership role. Previous experience working in a hotel property is required. Ideally on an Island Destination Bachelors Degree in Hospitality, Tourism or related field is an asset. Attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Must be a passionate hospitality professional with a keen sense of service. Physically fit and in good health; capable of heavy lifting and standing for extended hours. Candidate must have proven background in various service styles with an attention to the beverage programme. Experience in remote or island destinations will be key. Ability to understand and impact change with sound accounting practices.
