The Ice Queen Restaurant is seeking applicants for the following positions: Short Order Cooks, Pizza Chefs, and Chefs De Partie. All positions require a professional, well-groomed, punctual, and reliable applicant with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Applicants must have a strong work ethic, be able to work under pressure, and be able to work in a team environment. Responsibilities include performing general cleaning activities in the kitchen and having a strong understanding of food handling techniques and a thorough knowledge of industry standards and food safety guidelines. The positions involve a six day work week including weekends and public holidays, split shifts between day and evening shifts and evening and late night shifts.

Requirements

Applicants must be professional, well groomed, punctual, reliable and must have 3 years proven experience as a cook or similar position. The applicant must have a strong work ethic, be able to work under pressure and be able to work in a team environment. The applicant will have to perform general cleaning activities in the kitchen and have a strong understanding of food handling techniques and a thorough knowledge of industry standards and food safety guidelines.
