Marshall's Maintenance Co. Ltd. seeks experienced Heavy-Duty Maintenance Cleaners. Applicants must have at least three (3) years' experience of residential and commercial cleaning experience, demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and adaptability, and be prepared to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Applicants should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments. Own transportation is required, and candidates should be committed to long-term employment. Role Responsibilities: Perform heavy cleaning tasks such as washing walls and windows, shampooing rugs, cleaning floors, and removing trash. Additional duties include routine maintenance, reporting repairs, cleaning exterior areas, and handling hazardous chemicals. Proficiency with commercial-grade steam cleaning equipment is essential. A valid intermediate driver's license (or willingness to obtain one) is required. Applicants must provide a police clearance certificate and will be subject to drug testing.
