We are seeking an Experienced Landscaper / Mechanic and skilled Landscape Gardeners to join our growing team. Experienced Landscaper / Mechanic: In addition to the Landscape Gardener responsibilities outlined below, successful candidates for this role will have 2-3 years of experience in lawn care and plant maintenance/installation, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in small engine repair and equipment maintenance. Knowledge of general machinery repair is an advantage. Additional responsibilities include the repair and maintenance of lawn equipment, trucks, trailers, and other vehicles used in daily operations. Landscape Gardeners: Successful candidates will have at least 2-3 years of experience in landscaping, with strong knowledge of lawn care and plant maintenance. Responsibilities include: Lawn and Bermuda grass maintenance, including mowing, fertilizing, planting, pruning, reseeding, and soil preparation. Application of pesticides, herbicides, and insect control agents to lawns, shrubs, and trees as required. General yard maintenance using rakes, blowers, and other equipment.

Requirements

All candidates should have a valid driver's license and own transportation (or ability to obtain both); a clean criminal record; strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality; Willingness and availability to work weekends and public holidays when required; Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; The ability to work independently and with self-motivation.
