The Assistant Manager - Regulatory will support the delivery of complex regulatory and governmental compliance for regulated corporate and trust services entities. Candidates should have at least five years' experience in financial services, with strong knowledge of regulatory reporting, filings, and compliance obligations. Familiarity with Bermuda legislation and related tax reporting requirements is essential, along with a broad understanding of risk, regulatory matters, tax, accounting, and investments in a fiduciary environment. Manager - Accounting The Manager - Accounting is responsible for the management of the accounting team. Candidates should have a minimum of seven years' accounting experience within financial services firms and hold a professional accounting qualification. Experience with regulated corporate and trust service providers and a sound knowledge of regulations relating to fiduciary structures are required. Senior Accountants Senior Accountants are responsible for financial statement preparation, administration of trusts and companies, and for providing administrative and technical support to Managers and Directors. Candidates must hold a professional accounting designation.
