Applicants must be knowledgeable on all aspects of construction, with proven 3 year's experience. Preparation of surfaces prior to commencement of work Building, altering & repairing brick, stone, title, ceramic and concrete structures Accurately reading blue prints, site layouts and elevations Completing installation and repair work including but not limited to tile floors and walls Mixing cement with the use of appropriate equipment and/or hand tools Determining work requirements and sequence of masonry Estimating materials effectively to minimize rework and cost Safely operating heavy equipment as required masonry structures and surfaces. Must be able to provide a resume, two-character references of past job experience and a police certificate.
