The successful candidates will be highly proficient in all aspects of masonry, be reliable, dependable, a self-starter and possess excellent time management skills. Responsibilities will include calculating angles and courses and determining the vertical and horizontal alignment of courses of all sizes of block, building and positioning forms for pouring concrete, building and erecting stone columns/face slate/buttresses and buttery roofs, laying brick for driveways/chimneys, and all other masonry procedures. The individuals must also have basic understanding of blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and to calculate the materials required and must possess the ability to set steel and rebar. The successful candidates will be highly proficient in all aspects of finish carpentry and demonstrate strong attention to detail, and consistently deliver high quality workmanship. They must be reliable, self motivated, and able to manage their time effectively in a fast paced construction environment. Responsibilities will include installation, repair, and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and finish carpentry components. Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings and blueprints. Fabricate and install cabinetry, moldings, doors, closets, trim work, and built in units.

Requirements

5 years of continuous experience in full masonry tasks and residential construction. Track record of excellent masonry work. Willingness to obtain a valid driver's license and own transportation. Willingness and ability to work overtime when required. 5+ years of continuous experience in commercial or residential finish carpentry. Strong knowledge of current carpentry methods, materials, and best practices. Ability to read, interpret, and build from building and construction plans. Willingness and ability to work overtime when required. High level of precision and craftsmanship in all finish work. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and carpentry equipment. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
