Northshore Medical & Aesthetics Center is a dynamic multidisciplinary patient centered medical facility and is seeking the services of a Registered Nurse to support this fast-paced, rapidly growing medical practice. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Obtain patient history and perform triage assessments. Assess and document patients' vital signs. Administer medications to patients. Provide education to patients and families about their treatment plan and medication. Accurately document all aspects of patient care in medical records. Ensures all correspondence is scanned and / or filed in a timely manner. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust treatment plans. Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of three years' experience in an outpatient medical clinic or hospital, medical office setting. Active nursing license/ registered nurse (R/N) certification. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and customer service skills and proactive. Proficiency in the use of ECW or similar EHR software and MS Office Suite.
