Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your designated section of the kitchen. You will ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency while supporting menu planning, training junior staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. About You • Passionate about cooking and delivering exceptional dishes • Creative, detail-oriented, and high standards for presentation • Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen • Team player who supports and learns from colleagues • Reliable and flexible, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What You Will Do • Prepare, cook, and present dishes to high standards • Maintain consistency and quality in your section • Assist with menu planning and development • Train and support junior kitchen staff • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation compliance • Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie in an upscale/fine dining environment • Proven ability to be creative in preparation of meats, poultry and fish • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and presentation • Understanding of food safety and allergy protocols • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays with long periods of standing
