As the Marsh Islands HR Leader, you serve as a strategic advisor and operational leader for HR across the region (Bermuda, Barbados, and Cayman Islands). This role bridges strategic business leader partnership with hands-on support of managers, driving the talent agenda aligned with business strategy whilst ensuring seamless end to end operational delivery of total rewards offering.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field, or extensive relevant experience; 5+ years of HR experience in professional services or complex, matrixed environments; 2+ years of experience in a strategic HR business partnering role; Experience managing pension, benefits, and global mobility processes; Experience handling immigration cases in Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and Barbados; Strong knowledge of employment legislation across Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and Barbados; Experience handling employee relations matters, including investigations; Experience with Workday or a similar HR platform is a plus.
