Knoxcon Construction & Management is seeking a Supervisor/Foreperson. Responsibilities include reading plans, layout work, managing site crew, and coordinating sub-contractors across multiple disciplines such as masonry, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. Candidates must be highly organized with excellent communication skills. Applicants will be tested on their required skills.

Requirements

Minimum 5 consistent years of current experience in supervisory role. Must be able to read plans, layout work and manage site crew. Must be able to coordinate, supervise and liaise with sub-contractors. Must be able to coordinate all areas of a project successfully including masonry, plumbing, electrical, excavation, scaffolding, carpentry, etc. Certification in Bermuda Construction & Safety preferred. Must be punctual, reliable and willing to work weekends to meet deadlines when necessary. Must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills.
