Kennedys Chudleigh Ltd., a leading Bermuda law firm, is seeking a Professional Support Lawyer to join its specialized corporate and commercial practice. The role will include providing high level technical support to Kennedys' other lawyers, to include the creation and oversight of a knowledge management function (including drafting and maintaining precedents), carrying out special projects, conducting legal and other research and preparing research memoranda, tracking new legislation and caselaw in various jurisdictions and updating the other lawyers on the same, onboarding and compliance management, and ensuring adherence with the firm's policies. Candidates should have a minimum of 6 years' PQE and be admitted or eligible to practice at the Bermuda Bar. They should be able to demonstrate relevant experience in the context of a Bermuda corporate and commercial legal practice and have a detailed familiarity with Bermuda's laws and regulations. First-class legal research, legal drafting, and organizational skills are essential. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
