Post 1: Managing a diverse caseload encompassing general and complex paediatrics, plus a widely variable adult caseload. Post 2: Manage widely varied caseload including adults, geriatrics, care homes, and occasional general paediatrics. Requires relevant clinical community/outpt experience incl management of CVDs, fatty liver, diabetes, cardiology, gastroenterology, allergies, learning disabilities, geriatrics, oncology, failure to thrive, CKD (incl dialysis), wt mgnt, nutrition support, and HEF, and in a variety of settings e.g. clinics, telemed, home visits, 1:1, and groups.

Requirements

Applicants must have a relevant degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, minimum 3-5 years relevant post graduate experience, and registration with the Bermuda Council for Allied Health Professionals or eligibility to register. Requires some flexibility of working hrs over a 35-hour working week. Must be self-motivated, and able to work both autonomously and within a team and to the highest standard. Requires excellent organisational, time management and communication skills. Requires familiarity with EMRs, excellent documentation skills, and timely reporting. Must have or be willing to obtain a Bermuda drivers license.
