Our client, Bermuda Resources, which oversees the Duty Free Shops at the L.F. Wade Airport, is seeking Brand Ambassadors to join their busy retail locations. In this role, you will be the face of their retail brand and a key point of contact for passengers arriving and departing Bermuda. You will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales. Responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, providing product knowledge, maintaining store layout, operating POS systems, and assisting with stock replenishment.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive, energetic demeanor and a passion for the products and brand. Commitment to varying shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shifts that align with airport flight schedules. Must be able to submit/obtain a clean police certificate and written job/educational references covering 5 years. Ability to obtain and maintain Bermuda airport security clearance.
