The HR & Scheduling Coordinator is the operational backbone of the company, responsible for managing workforce scheduling, supporting HR administration, and ensuring caregivers and nurses are deployed effectively to meet client needs. This role requires precision, proactive communication, fast problem-solving, and a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities include: scheduling and workforce coordination, HR administration, staff communication and support, and operational support.

Requirements

Proven experience in healthcare scheduling, HR coordination, or operations support (Healthcare/medical preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail, proficiency in scheduling platforms, ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
