Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Safety Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent proven experience in the aviation sector. • Demonstrated and comprehensive experience in aviation safety, with a strong background in Safety Management Systems (SMS) implementation, oversight, and auditing. • In-depth understanding and practical application of international aviation regulations and best-in-class safety practices (e.g., ICAO, FAA, EASA). • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to meticulously evaluate complex safety reports and data. • Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency or strong familiarity with Flight Data Monitoring (FDM) systems and their application in safety enhancement is highly desirable. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for effective reporting and presentations.Salary
