Senior Financial Accountant

We are currently seeking applicants for our SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT position. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer this role is responsible for carrying out various aspects of the accounting function such as IFRS reporting, financial management, FP&A and process improvement/automation. The employee shall also undertake such additional or other duties as the Company may reasonably require from time to time.

Requirements

• Professional accounting designation such as CA, CPA or equivalent. • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant post-qualification experience with accounting and reporting in an international (re)insurance environment. • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting under the IFRS reporting framework. • Knowledge of P&C reinsurance business and the L&H Financial Solution business, investments and liquidity management would be considered an asset. • Versatile in working with accounting and Microsoft software packages, including SAP, Excel, Power Query and Power BI.
