The Apex Group administers circa $2.3 trillion in assets, including the investments of some of the largest funds and institutional investors in the world. Apex Group is seeking applicants for the following role: Senior Account Manager – Insurance and Funds. We are currently hiring at the above level within the organization. We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a particular focus on attention to detail and service standards. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Insurance fund accounting, client servicing, and team leadership. The successful candidates will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Requirements

An internationally recognized accounting designation (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is required. A strong understanding of the financial services products, industry as well as insurance regulatory environment. Reinsurance certifications or working towards obtaining one is a plus. Understanding of industry standard accounting software (Paxus, Great Plains, or equivalent) is a plus. At least 5 years of industry experience with a solid understanding of accounting for captives, reinsurance companies or ILS and Fund Vehicles. Supervisory and personnel management experience. Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of current reporting standards. Analytical thinking and able to challenge work. Good organizational and project management skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure. Strong proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
