Overnight Supervisor

Reporting to the Night Manager Oversee overnight operations aspects of Front Desk and Guest Services and be acting Manager on duty (if necessary) on the floor, to ensure department policies, procedures, and service standards are adhered to Consistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest service while supporting fellow Colleagues Excellent knowledge of Fairmont standards in an effort to ensure the Guest Services team exceeds expectations Minimum of three (3) years of progressive Front Office experience and (1) year of supervisory experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred Previous Night Audit experience would be an asset Available to work overnights, including weekends, and holidays Post-secondary education in Hotel Management or equivalent an asset. Reporting to the Guest Services Manager Consistently offer professional, engaging and proactive guest service and supporting fellow Colleagues Using your engaging and outgoing interpersonal skills, establish positive relationships with guests to increase brand and property loyalty Proactively share information about the Hotel and its history and services in an informative and engaging manner Maintain frequent communications with guests prior to arrival to ensure strong personal connections with the Hotel are established Bachelor degree or Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major At least 3 years' experience in a Concierge capacity or in a demanding guest facing role is required in a luxury hotel environment Successful completion of the Bermuda Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) program is highly advantageous
