Our client, Frazee D&J Limited, are seeking highly skilled Masonry Mud Bed Installers with at least 5 years of experience in flooring and tiling projects, particularly in high-end or luxury construction projects. The ideal candidate must be proficient in mixing and applying mortar, creating level and stable mud beds, and preparing surfaces for tile or stone installation while maintaining exceptional quality standards. A strong understanding of materials, tools, and masonry techniques, including slope creation for wet areas, is essential. Candidates must also demonstrate expertise in safety protocols, efficient equipment management, and the ability to work under pressure while meeting project deadlines. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret blueprints or layout plans are key requirements. Additional knowledge of material estimation, substrate preparation, and advanced masonry techniques is a plus. Leadership, teamwork, and flexibility to work weekends if needed are also preferred.
