Our client, Frazee D&J Limited, are seeking skilled Porcelain/Ceramic Tile Installers with at least 3 years of experience in porcelain and ceramic tile installation, particularly in high-end or luxury construction projects. The ideal candidate must be proficient in surface preparation, precise tile cutting and alignment, and applying grout and sealants to ensure top-quality finishes. A strong knowledge of materials, tools, and installation techniques, including mosaics and intricate patterns, is required. Candidates must demonstrate expertise in safety protocols, equipment management, and working efficiently under pressure while meeting project deadlines. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret blueprints or layout plans are essential. Additional expertise in flooring design trends, material estimation, and site preparation is a plus. Leadership, teamwork, and flexibility to work weekends if needed are also preferred.
