De Silva Construction is seeking Masons for residential and commercial construction. Responsibilities include blockwork, stone work, plastering, roof construction, slating, plastering ceilings, tiling, and finishing concrete. Applicants must be comfortable with plans and blueprints, able to work in a team, and produce high-quality work. Reliability, trustworthiness, and good timekeeping are essential. Candidates must be willing to work weekends and public holidays to meet deadlines and must comply with a zero-tolerance policy for drug and alcohol abuse.
Requirements
At least 5 years' experience in residential and commercial construction; proficient in blockwork, stone work, plastering, roof construction, slating, tiling, and finishing concrete; ability to read plans and blueprints; zero-tolerance for drug and alcohol abuse.
