• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant advanced qualification would be an advantage.
• Professional certification in marketing, communications, public relations or a related discipline would be an asset.
• A minimum of ten (10) years' progressive experience in marketing, communications, brand management or stakeholder engagement, including senior leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience developing and leading enterprise-level brand, marketing, communications and engagement strategies within complex organisations.
• Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and influencing organisational strategy and decision-making.
• Extensive experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including performance management, coaching and capability development.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, resources and external partners, including agencies and vendors.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, brand governance, reputation management, media relations and integrated communications.
• Proven ability to use analytics, audience insights and performance measures to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong strategic thinking, judgement and decision-making skills, with a high level of professionalism, integrity and discretion.
• Satisfactory criminal record check.
