Applicants for this Senior Position within our organization MUST HAVE: Recognized Certificates, and a current record of experience of a MINIMUN OF TEN Continuous Years in the Trade. Their own Tools and Valid Drivers Licence Experience should encompass General Household and Commercial Plumbing, including Pumps, Pressure, Sewage, pool and Spa systems as well and Heating Equipment; plus all manner of pipe work incl. HDPE. The person hired will have electrical knowledge of 110/120/240 volt wiring installations, and controls as they pertain to Water, Sewage and Septic Systems (1/3 to 10HP) and Water Heaters. Successful applicants will be organized and neat about themselves and in the performance of their trade. Experience with Solar and Thermal installations is beneficial. All applicants must be conversant with Tool Care and Usage, Safety guidelines, Reading and Interpreting plans. Copy of Certifications and 2 Work and Character References required. ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE COMPLETED & PASSED A RELEVANT CERTIFICATION PROGRAM THIS FIRM OPERATES 24 HOURS PER DAY, ALL YEAR ROUND, IN AN ALCOHOL AND DRUG FREE ENVIRONMENT.
