All positions involve shift work, including weekends, nights, and public holidays. These roles also require good physical condition as heavy lifting and physical labor may be involved. LEAD WAITER: The lead waiter trains new waitstaff in food service techniques and the specific expectations and procedures of their employer. Manages customer concerns and complaints using conflict resolution skills. Previous continuous experience of at least two years as a Food & Beverage Server or one (1) year experience as Lead Waiter in a fine dining restaurant, or a fast-paced luxury hotel restaurant environment required. Vast knowledge of wines, food & beverage services. Proficient with self-cashiering and Micros or similar system preferred. FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVER: Food & Beverage Servers may be called upon to work in various outlets to include but not limited to, The Pool, In Room Dining, Banquet Events, and the Restaurants Previous continuous experience of at least 2 years as a Food & Beverage Server or waiter in a fine dining restaurant, banquet environment, or a fast- paced luxury hotel environment required. Experience abroad with a luxury cruise liner and/or surrounding long hard hours in any F&B outlet or property type will be a plus. Good team leadership and basic training skills. Vast knowledge of wines, food & beverage services. Excellent organization, communication (verbal and written, fluent in English) and interpersonal skills. CHEF DE PARTIE: Responsible to guide, train and supervise all junior chefs and Commis and give the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Must have excellent knowledge of menu creation, whilst maintaining quality and controlling costs in the volume food business. Must have the ability to work well under pressure. You will ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes, and preparation techniques. Applicants must have at least two years' experience in similar quality establishments as Chef De Partie. Experience in a fine dining outlet is required. Experience in a five-star property is preferred MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN We're seeking the services of a Maintenance Technician. The successful candidate will ensure the safety, maintenance, and functionality of all hotel, residence, and villa mechanical systems. This includes repair, upkeep, and preventive maintenance of facilities and equipment across multiple properties. Perform maintenance of guest rooms and public areas including ice machines, fitness room, pools, generators, switch rooms, and ventilation units. Exhibit proficiency in at least three of the following trades: electronics, mechanical kitchen equipment, refrigeration, or general building systems. Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure all equipment and rooms remain in excellent operational and visual condition. Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, masonry, and carpentry tasks as required. Maintain accurate records and logs for infrastructure and room conditions. Report all maintenance activities to the appropriate manager. Support physical property upkeep including beach cleaning and heavy lifting when required. Minimum 5 years of experience in one of the primary trades (electrical, HVAC, or plumbing). Previous experience working in a hotel property is required. Experience with hotel-managed villas or residences is an asset. Strong record- keeping, time management, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision. Physically fit and in good health; capable of heavy lifting and outdoor work. Committed to five-star service standards. SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN As Senior Maintenance Technician, you will oversee a team of technicians and grounds personnel, ensuring maintenance and safety standards are upheld across the property. You'll take the lead on preventative and corrective maintenance tasks, assist in emergency responses, and help drive energy efficiency and sustainability efforts. Supervise and support Maintenance Technicians and Grounds team. Conduct and assign preventive maintenance and repairs for guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems. Oversee upkeep of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, and spa equipment. Ensure emergency systems (fire alarms, generators, lighting) are tested and functional. Manage third-party maintenance vendors and verify quality of work. Monitor building integrity, including roofing, windows, solar panels, and structural safety, Coordinate with departments to resolve maintenance requests quickly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and asset conditions. Promote energy conservation and participate in environmental initiatives. 7+ years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, with supervisory responsibilities. Technical knowledge in at least three key trades: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Able to read blueprints, interpret gauges, and troubleshoot systems. Hotel or hospitality industry experience required. Physically fit and comfortable working in outdoor and indoor environments. KITCHEN ASSISTANT: You will be required to provide a high level of assistance within the restaurant kitchen, including general food preparation, kitchen duties, daily cleaning, and waste disposal. You will be responsible for keeping kitchen floors and surfaces clear and to spearhead any organization of back-of-house general maintenance collaborations with the Maintenance team To follow the company's standards, policies and procedures for health, safety, and sanitation, so that patrons receive the best standard from the back of the house, into the restaurant outlets. A minimum of two (2) years' experience as a kitchen assistant is required, preferably in international fine dining Food and Beverage outlet EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth. Accountable for meeting budgets for food, labor, and direct operating expenses as they pertain to the culinary department. Hire, coach, counsel, and conduct performance evaluations of direct reports. Capable of fulfilling all areas of executive chef's responsibilities. Assist with weekly kitchen labor schedules for commissary production and events staff whilst meeting staffing criteria/guidelines and labor budgets. Collaborate in planning and developing innovative and visionary dishes for the menu creation, including seasonal and event-based offerings. Focus on guest experience & service recovery and have creative ways to influence. At least three (3) years' international experience in a first-class restaurant establishment as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef. Previous experience working in a hotel property is required. Ideally on an Island Destination. Certification from a recognized culinary school is an asset. Attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Must be a passionate culinarian with a diverse palette and sense of presentation. Physically fit and in good health; capable of heavy lifting and standing for extended hours.
